Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential: Over $300,000 (base incentives)
- Insurance: Employer-paid malpractice, health, life, and disability (for physician and dependents)
- Schedule: Outpatient-based, 4.5-day work week, minimal call
- Support: Dedicated RNs, LPNs, MAs, PT, and admin staff
- Facility: Modern clinic with on-site lab, imaging, and diagnostics
- Paid time off: 4 weeks (5 after 4 years) option to cash in
- CME: 1 week up to $4,000 annually
