Job Summary:

HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking an experienced Primary Care Provider to join a well-established practice in Crawfordville, Florida.

Qualified Candidates:

• Assume responsibility of established patient panel at initial start of practice
• Office operates during traditional business hours; Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm
