Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling services using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to clients of all ages, backgrounds, and gender identities.
- Build and maintain a strong client caseload through quality care and professional referrals.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure continuity of care and positive client outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, ethical standards, and HIPAA requirements.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes.
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of practice.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families is preferred.
- Interest or experience in relationship counseling, play therapy, trauma-informed care, or family therapy is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
