- Handle renewals, endorsements, claims, and audits with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure clients are adequately protected while minimizing risk exposure
- Build strong client relationships by delivering consultative, value-driven service
- Utilize tools like QQ Catalyst and AgencyZoom to streamline workflows and focus on high-impact client engagement
- 3 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance space
- Active Personal or Commercial Lines license (California preferred)
- Strong understanding of policy language and coverage structures
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex policies and identify opportunities for clients
- Experience using CRM systems and automation tools to stay organized and efficient
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
