Own a diverse book of business, driving growth trajectory through proactive gap analysis and strategic cross-selling.
Execute flawless renewals, endorsements, claims and audits, ensuring our clients are never under-insured or over-exposed.
Leverage QQ Catalyst and AgencyZoom system, allowing you to spend more time on high-value client strategy.
Who You Are
You have 3 years of experience navigating the complexities of the P&C landscape.
You view complex policy language as a puzzle to be solved, not a chore. You have the curiosity to dig into the fine print to find the "win" for your client.
You are currently licensed in either Personal or Commercial and understand the nuances of the California insurance market.
You embrace modern CRM and automation tools to stay organized in an onsite environment.
