- Lead and manage field survey operations
- Conduct land surveys using GPS and traditional methods
- Perform boundary surveys, topographic data collection, and construction staking
- Interpret engineering plans and survey maps
- Process field data, maintain accurate notes, and prepare sketches
- Valid California driver's license (good standing)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief
- Experience with Trimble robotic total stations and GPS equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in field data processing and survey documentation
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience (preferred)
- LSIT or PLS (or pursuing) is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
