Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and approval of all case pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of litigation including filing pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Attendance at motion calendar hearings, mediations, conciliation conferences, depositions, and non-jury trials.
• Provide clients with updates and meet with clients to discuss their case.
• Other duties and special litigation projects as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate -Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
