Key Responsibilities
Project & Job Site Management
- Lead and manage electrical projects from planning through completion
- Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring timelines and production goals are met
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, team members, and customers
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Perform and supervise installation of residential and commercial electrical systems
- Interpret and execute work based on blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise on-site
- Ensure all installations meet quality and performance expectations
- Supervise, mentor, and train apprentices and junior electricians
- Assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow across the crew
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Lead by example with professionalism and strong work ethic
- Assist with project estimating and material planning
- Evaluate job requirements and provide input on labor, materials, and timelines
- Ensure proper use of resources and minimize waste
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment at all times
- Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and job sites
- Valid Journeyman Forman/Superintendent
- Proven experience in electrical construction (residential and commercial)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Strong ability to work independently and manage job sites without supervision
- Experience leading crews and training apprentices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards
- Experience in estimating and project planning
- Prior experience in a Foreman or Superintendent role
- Strong background in both residential and commercial electrical projects
