We are looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team and work on removal defense cases in Georgia. Ideal candidates must have a working knowledge of EOIR forms/procedures, deportation relief, Asylum/D-CAT/Withholding, Waivers, and the overall immigration process.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Immigration: 2 Years in U.S. Immigration Law as an Attorney (required)
- Immigration Law Firm Experience (or equivalent): 2 Years (required)
- Experience in Removal Defence Cases (required)
- US Work Authorization
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish Strongly Preferred)
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- EOIR 42A/42B, Asylum/Withholding/D-CAT, Waivers, Habeas Petitions, and Bond Procedures (required).
- Understanding of how cases move through EOIR.
- Multi-task
- Be Customer Service Oriented
- Be Comfortable with Technology, Immigration Software, and Microsoft Office
