Immigration Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team and work on removal defense cases in Georgia. Ideal candidates must have a working knowledge of EOIR forms/procedures, deportation relief, Asylum/D-CAT/Withholding, Waivers, and the overall immigration process.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Immigration: 2 Years in U.S. Immigration Law as an Attorney (required)
• Immigration Law Firm Experience (or equivalent): 2 Years (required)
• Experience in Removal Defence Cases (required)
• US Work Authorization
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish Strongly Preferred)
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  
  

Candidates must have a working knowledge of most of the following:

• EOIR 42A/42B, Asylum/Withholding/D-CAT, Waivers, Habeas Petitions, and Bond Procedures (required).
• Understanding of how cases move through EOIR.
