Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Lead and manage a designated team of HVAC technicians.
- Oversee job sites and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
- Perform preventative maintenance, service, and installations as needed.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
- Work independently while maintaining productivity and accountability.
Candidates should have experience working with:
- Commercial Package Units
- Heat Pumps
- VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Systems
- Hydronic Systems
- HVAC Controls
- Boilers and Chillers (highly preferred)
Required
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Leadership experience and ability to manage technicians
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- EPA Type II Certification
- Electrical License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
