The General Contract Estimator plays a critical role in the successful planning and execution of large-scale commercial concrete construction projects.
This position is responsible for analyzing project documents, preparing detailed cost estimates, and supporting project teams through all phases-from bidding to closeout.
The estimator collaborates closely with project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate pricing, risk assessment, and scope clarity.
A strong understanding of cast-in-place concrete, blueprint reading, and construction methodologies is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in both public and private sectors.
