- Manage job materials, truck stock, and daily scheduling in coordination with the office
- Complete detailed service reports and deficiency documentation
- 5 years of fire sprinkler service experience
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes and field application
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and lead service work independently
- Experience handling inspections, repairs, and customer interactions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Leadership mindset, accountability, and professionalism
- NICET Certification (Level II or higher is a plus)
- Experience with fire pumps and advanced system diagnostics
