What You Bring
- Proven experience in inspecting and testing fire, security, and sprinkler systems
- In-depth knowledge of relevant safety codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Certification(s) in fire inspection and/or security systems (preferred)
- Proven industry experience

- Identify and diagnose malfunctions or deficiencies
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety codes and regulations
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports for clients
- Collaborate with the team to develop preventive maintenance plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior inspectors
- Ability to climb, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces

- Proficient in using electrical tools
- Ability to differentiate color-coded cables
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds when needed
