Qualifications
- Proficiency in Welding, Metal Fabrication, and knowledge of various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Experience with operating tools and machinery such as grinders, saws, and drills
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance
- Attention to detail, precision, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a demanding environment
- Prior experience in a similar role within the metal fabrication industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in welding or metal fabrication are a plus
