We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with 5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom presence and hands-on trial experience serving as first chair trial attorney. Construction litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
This position requires an attorney who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex litigation matters from inception through trial. The role is fully in-office and requires daily attendance.

Qualifications
- 5 years of civil litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia (MD and DC licenses are a plus)
- Proven first chair trial experience required
- Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
- Construction litigation experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must be able to work onsite in the office daily
- Candidates with backgrounds primarily in personal injury or family/divorce law will not be considered.
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
