From crafting impactful proposals and managing the CRM to leading social media campaigns and coordinating conference participation, this role ensures strong visibility and competitiveness. Excels at building relationships with clients, architects, municipalities, and partners, keeping the firm's story front and center through eblasts, LinkedIn updates, and networking events. This work directly supports business development and helps the firm capture new opportunities.

- Manage RFP, SOQ, and proposal creation. This includes searching known websites for new project and teaming opportunities. This is the single most important task.
- Create proposal actions for staff to be accountable for.
- Develop, present and implement annual marketing plan (in JAN each year).
- Attend our monthly PM meetings (any other Departmental meetings as invited) to present proposal and marketing updates.
- Conduct business development outreach to clients and prospects. Building relationships with old clients and new.
- Maintain and update our Proposal Tracking Sheet with client and lead information.
- Coordinate and attend networking events and conferences (SMPS, UDOT conf. and others as asked by the BOD)
- Create and distribute press releases, and eblasts. (This does not include Christmas Cards) Update website content and service pages.
- Track marketing analytics and propose adjust strategy to BOD.
- Coordinate photography, video, and visual marketing assets. (This does not include Company SWAG)
- Support pursuit of local, federal and regional projects with targeted marketing materials.
- Manage company social media accounts and content creation. Additional creative assignments as needed by the BOD.
- Understanding of federal contracting procedures including GSA schedule is a plus.
