- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in estimation in the NYC market is optimal.
