- Handle end-to-end litigation - from pleadings to trial preparation.
- Draft & respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
- Prepare, argue, and manage motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Work on complex employment and labor law matters, including wage & hour claims.
- 3-6 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred).
- Strong courtroom and motion practice skills.
- Excellent legal writing & analytical ability.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Work with a reputable and established firm.
