Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed
- Participate in case strategy, evaluation, and client communication
- Collaborate closely with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal services
- 2-5 years of litigation experience (employment litigation preferred; other litigation backgrounds will be considered)
- Active and in good standing with the state bar
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working in-office full time
- 150 billable hours per month / 1,800 hours per year
- Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience
