This role is responsible for managing project budgets, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Position Summary
One of our clients is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects from estimating through project completion. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage multiple bid packages simultaneously.
- Prepare accurate project estimates and bid proposals.
- Oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and ensure smooth handoff to field operations.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and prefabrication teams.
- Establish goals and provide direction to field supervisors and foremen.
- Negotiate and resolve client concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and price change orders as required.
- Manage project closeout documentation and procedures.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify process improvements.
- Mentor and coach field personnel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Massachusetts or Connecticut Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
- Previous electrical estimating experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience managing large commercial or industrial projects.
- Experience with ConEst estimating software.
