Job Overview
We are seeking a senior Clinical Evidence leader to drive clinical strategy, trial design, and evidence generation across large-scale multi-site studies. This role will lead clinical development efforts, regulatory interactions, and execution of complex clinical trials supporting genomic and precision medicine initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead clinical evidence strategy aligned with regulatory and reimbursement goals
- Design and execute large-scale multi-site clinical trials, including endpoint and protocol development
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and advisory boards to optimize study design
- Lead regulatory interactions with FDA and other global regulatory agencies
- Oversee clinical trial operations including contracting, budgeting, and CRO coordination
- Partner with R&D and internal teams to ensure studies are appropriately powered and aligned with product strategy
- Provide clinical oversight and medical monitoring for ongoing studies
- Analyze and interpret clinical trial data for regulatory submissions and product development
- Represent the organization in external meetings with investigators, regulators, and collaborators
- MD or DO with at least 5 years of clinical experience OR PhD with extensive clinical trial experience
- Strong experience in clinical trial leadership and multi-site study execution
- Deep understanding of clinical operations, FDA regulations, and trial design principles
- Experience working with academic institutions, CROs, and research networks
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities

Salary : $170,000 - $250,000
