The Director of Marketing is responsible for execution and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of real estate, luxury, hospitality, and lifestyle properties. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing project management, content development, digital marketing, and brand storytelling across multiple luxury and hospitality-focused projects.

- Partner with executive marketing leadership to execute the overall marketing vision and strategic direction for assigned entities and initiatives.
- Ability to be on-site in Big Sky, Montana.
- Manage direct reports.
- Lead, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns and collateral across digital, print, and online platforms.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new and future developments, including positioning, messaging, and creative execution.
- Lead all assigned marketing project management efforts, including workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Bring new ideas to the team and implement them into existing processes.
- Provide support for additional marketing projects as needed.

- Experience working with project management platforms such as Wrike and Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated proficiency with social media platforms, writing, and editing.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
