We're seeking a Director of Human Resources who combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive people-centered programs. In this role, you'll champion our core values-teamwork, respect, and integrity-while supporting business growth in a company rooted in agriculture and committed to innovation.

As our HR Director, you'll lead a skilled team and drive initiatives that shape employee experience, ensure compliance, and align HR practices with business goals.
Your Responsibilities Include
At my client workplace, people are the heart of everything we do. This isn't just another HR role-it's an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, culture builder, and strategic partner in one of California's leading tomato processing companies. You'll have exposure to the full spectrum of HR-from recruitment and training to safety and compliance-while collaborating with executive leaders and a diverse, dedicated workforce. Here, you'll make meaningful contributions every day.
What We Offer
The Behavioral Assessment is untimed, free-choice, and measures four key factors: Dominance, Extraversion, Patience, and Formality. This helps us understand your core behavioral drives and how they align with the role and team.
Cognitive Assessment
The Cognitive Assessment measures general mental ability and capacity for critical thinking. It's not an IQ test - rather, it consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, and you'll have 12 minutes to complete as many as you can. This helps us gauge how quickly you can learn and process information related to the role. The assessment covers three areas: verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning.
