Instruction & Student Development
- Deliver technical and theoretical instruction tailored to individual learning styles.
- Help students understand and apply cosmetology concepts and techniques.
- Create and maintain a positive, professional learning environment.
- Monitor student performance and uphold educational standards.
- Enforce student conduct and behavioral expectations.
- Guide students in attendance, personal development, professional growth, and program retention.
- Support students in achieving educational and business goals.
- Provide mentorship and assistance with personal and academic challenges.
- Ensure guest services are delivered according to educational standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Promote a culture of professionalism and exceptional service.
- Continuously enhance instructional skills through ongoing training and development.
- Stay current with industry trends and educational best practices.
- Active Cosmetology Instructor License required.
- Salon industry experience preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in a cosmetology school is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with professional beauty products, services, and curriculum is advantageous.
