Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, and risk management activities.
- Monitor and drive project profitability and overall financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with field leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all project stakeholders.
- Mentor and support Project Engineers and developing project management professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and project objectives.

- 7 years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
- Demonstrated success managing commercial construction projects through all phases of delivery.
- Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, project controls, and risk management.
- Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
