- We currently have openings for experienced professionals with backgrounds in:
- Citizen L-Series Swiss CNC machines
- Vertical machining centers
- Horizontal machining centers
- Mill-turn machines
- Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision components
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
- Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Measure and verify parts using precision inspection tools and equipment
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records
- Inspect, deburr, and finish small features under a microscope
- Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Consistently meet production and quality expectations
- Minimum of 10 years of CNC machining experience
- Proven experience setting up and operating CNC machines
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience performing self-inspections and documenting results
- Proficiency using precision measuring instruments
- Experience inspecting and deburring small components under magnification
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
