As a Sign Technician / Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of signage and lighting systems, including:
- Channel letters
- Monument and pylon signs
- LED conversions
- Interior signage
- Wall wraps
- Vehicle graphics and potential vehicle wrapping
- Digital message center displays
- Parking lot and building lighting systems
- Operating boom trucks, crane trucks, bucket trucks, and lifts
- Reading work orders, layouts, and installation instructions
- Documenting completed work with notes and photos
- Lamps
- Ballasts
- LED systems
- Neon transformers
- Maintaining clean and organized vehicles and work areas
- Loading, transporting, and unloading signage materials
- Preparing installation sites, including digging, painting, concrete work, and other related tasks
Preferred Experience:
- Previous sign installation experience is preferred
- Training is available for motivated candidates with backgrounds in:
- Construction
- Electrical work
- Welding
- Commercial maintenance
- Skilled trades
- Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL
- Ability to safely work at heights and in confined spaces while following safety procedures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability for assigned work
