Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager role based in Southaven, MS. The role includes preparing detailed estimates for commercial projects, performing accurate quantity take-offs, soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and vendor quotes, and developing clear, competitive proposals. The Estimator/Project Manager will create and manage project budgets, monitor costs and schedule, and track changes throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities also include coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; leading project meetings; and ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. The role will support project planning, scheduling, and documentation from pre-construction through closeout.

Qualifications
- Strong construction estimating skills, including experience preparing detailed estimates for commercial projects and reviewing plans and specifications.
- Proficiency with quantity take-offs and the ability to analyze drawings and documents to determine accurate material and labor requirements.
- Cost management and budgeting skills, including developing project budgets, tracking costs, and identifying variances and value-engineering opportunities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of commercial construction methods, building codes, and safety practices.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and ability to visit local jobsites as needed.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
