- We're hiring an experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator / Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. This is a high-impact role where you'll manage both the front-end estimating and back-end execution-giving you full ownership of your projects and direct influence on profitability.

- Manage 5-10 active projects simultaneously with a combined annual scope of ~$10M
- Lead projects from bid through closeout (true cradle-to-grave role)
- Review plans, specs, and bid documents to develop accurate, competitive estimates
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs (footings, slabs, walls, rebar, formwork)
- Build and manage project budgets, track costs, and protect profitability
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Submit bids and participate in scope reviews and negotiations
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and POs
- Track hours, production, and overall job performance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality/safety standards
- Maintain strong communication with clients, field teams, and suppliers
- Experience in commercial concrete estimating and/or project management
- Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and sequencing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Solid blueprint reading and takeoff skills
- Strong financial mindset-comfortable managing budgets and job costs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (used regularly)
- Experience with Sage (100/300), CM, or similar construction software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in both estimating and project management (full-cycle exposure)
