Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers and professional installers nationwide.
- Generate new business through lead generation, follow-up calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through proactive communication and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and order modifications.
- Provide outstanding customer support by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events throughout the year.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of decorative lighting products and accessories.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations tailored to customer project needs.
- Support the creation of educational and training resources for customers and installers.

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in the Christmas lighting, decorative lighting, or related installation industry preferred.

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
