We are seeking multiple experienced and detail-oriented personnel to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of machining operations, be able to set up CNC Mills with minimal supervision, and ensure efficient production of high-quality components.

We are seeking multiple experienced and detail-oriented personnel to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of machining operations, be able to set up CNC Mills with minimal supervision, and ensure efficient production of high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare CNC Mills (Vertical and Horizontal) for production runs according to blueprints and work instructions.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
- Select and install proper tooling, fixtures, and materials required for each job.
- Perform machine offsets, edits to programs, and first-article inspections.
- Monitor and adjust machine operation to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Perform routine in-process inspection using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot basic set-up or machining issues and make appropriate adjustments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel regarding production issues.
- Document setup sheets, tooling changes, and inspection results as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or trade certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in machining, with emphasis on operating Mills
- Proficient in CNC machine operation and basic G-code understanding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of metalworking tools, materials, and precision measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of cutting speeds, feeds, and tooling applications.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 procedures.
- Experience with multiple machine brands ( DMG Mori and Doosan a plus).
- Basic program editing skills at the machine control.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.
