We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer who can jump in and contribute right away. This role involves both programming and hands-on machining, ensuring parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and to tolerance. You'll collaborate with management and the team to solve problems, improve processes, and drive innovation on the shop floor.

Responsibilities
- Program and set up CNC machines (HAAS and other equipment).
- Produce high-quality precision parts to spec and tolerance.
- Collaborate with the team to solve production challenges and improve efficiency.
- Communicate tooling and material needs - management will handle purchasing.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, new tooling, and shop innovation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- $25-$35 per hour (based on experience).

- Strong CNC machining and programming experience (HAAS preferred).

- 5 years CNC machining experience (programming and setup).
- Proficiency with HAAS controls (or similar CNC equipment).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T tolerances.
- Skilled in CAM programming (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, speeds/feeds, and material properties.
- Ability to use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and producing quality parts.
Salary : $25 - $35
