What You Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure consistency across environments
- Complete session notes, treatment updates, and progress reports in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
- Emphasis on work-life balance and manageable caseloads
- Supportive, collaborative, and positive team culture

- Transparent communication and an open-door leadership approach
- Administrative support to reduce paperwork and non-clinical burden
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active state license of Virginia
