Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care throughout fertility and IVF treatment cycles from initial consultation through follow-up.
- Perform nursing assessments, medication administration, patient education, and treatment planning.
- Assist physicians during fertility-related procedures and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, laboratory testing, and upcoming appointments.
- Communicate test results, treatment plans, and next steps while addressing patient concerns with empathy.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and multidisciplinary clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Provide emotional support and counseling throughout the fertility treatment process.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to efficient clinical workflows.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or eligibility for Florida licensure.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or OB/GYN nursing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fertility treatments, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and IVF cycle coordination.
- Experience with patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning.
- Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Previous experience coordinating IVF treatment cycles.
- Familiarity with fertility protocols and reproductive health practices.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
