Key Responsibilities
- Support Advisors & Operations: Collaborate with advisors and back-office staff to streamline workflows and enhance client service.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently, using digital tools like DocuSign to manage new account forms, and provide consistent communication to clients and advisors throughout the process.
- Client Assistance: Address client inquiries through calls and emails, prepare and dispatch client documents, and manage online access for clients.
- Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce CRM, ensuring client records are accurate and up-to-date, while efficiently managing workflows and case resolutions.
- Office Organization: Assist with electronic filing and help maintain overall office organization, including participating in special projects as needed.
- Financial Services Experience: Previous experience or knowledge in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-leading tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Tamarac, and Morningstar is a strong plus. Experience with Schwab and Fidelity platforms is also highly desired.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently in an office environment while also being a collaborative team player.
- Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to building and maintaining client relationships.
