In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You aren't just "doing paperwork"—you are ensuring that our clients receive a world-class experience and that our Lead Advisors are empowered to focus on what they do best: managing wealth and changing lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage the end-to-end processing of client paperwork, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure all data in our CRM is accurate and up-to-date.
- Calendar Management: Master the complex schedules of multiple advisors. You will be responsible for scheduling client reviews, internal strategy sessions, and prospect consultations.
- Advisor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between advisors and clients. You'll prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary financial documents before appointments, and track post-meeting "to-do" lists.
- Client Relations: Serve as a friendly first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Client Event Planning: Act as the primary coordinator for our FUN client events. Find unique locations. Design invitations. Coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, or Communications is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow SEC/FINRA compliance guidelines.
