The client law firm in Phoenix, is seeking a civil litigation attorney with 3-10 years' experience for its busy insurance defense practice. Responsibilities include file review, suit drafting, disclosure drafting, legal research, motion drafting, monitoring deadlines, drafting and responding to discovery, communicating with clients and witnesses, conducting depositions, and conducting arbitrations.
Successful candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and work well in a small firm team environment. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
