Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed site development drawings including grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway plans
- Develop site layout, lot layouts, and alignment plans based on engineering concepts
- Produce construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Coordinate with civil engineers, surveyors, and project managers
- Incorporate redlines, design revisions, and as-built information into drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and local regulations
- Assist with quantity takeoffs and plan set organization
- Minimum 5 years of CAD design experience in civil/site development
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Solid understanding of site grading, utilities, and land development practices
- Ability to interpret engineering sketches, markups, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
