Key Responsibilities
- Clinical & Program Management
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and session observations
- Ensure programs are aligned with best ABA practices
- Supervise and train RBTs and clinical team members
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality care delivery
- Train and support parents/caregivers on behavior strategies
- Ensure compliance with insurance and clinical documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Follow all regulatory and ethical standards
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Active State License (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
