Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-Based | Hybrid

About The Role

The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, supervising clinical staff, monitoring client progress, and providing caregiver training. The role involves collaboration with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support positive and measurable outcomes.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 remote day)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide parent/caregiver education and training.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BCBA guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active state licensure, where applicable.
• Strong knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience with behavior management and parent training.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
