About The Role
The BIM & CAD Drafter will create and maintain detailed technical drawings and BIM models under the guidance of a Designer or Senior Design Consultant. What You'll Do
- Develop and update technical drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, single-line diagrams, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate audiovisual, ICT, and SSA elements into comprehensive BIM models.
- Review design documents, specifications, and client requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Prepare deliverable documents to the PSX standard level of detail.
- Maintain project documentation and manage drawing revisions throughout the design and construction process.
- Assist with clash detection and coordination within BIM environments to support efficient project outcomes.
- Support designers and engineers with drafting, modeling, and documentation tasks as needed.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM/CAD software.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and architectural principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with BIM coordination is preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
