Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Bankruptcy Associate role based in Syosset, NY. The Junior Bankruptcy Associate will assist with reviewing cases, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and analyzing bankruptcy-related legal issues. The role requires a strong understanding of bankruptcy law, communication with clients and colleagues, and the ability to support litigation proceedings as needed.

Qualifications
- 3 years of hands on bankruptcy experience in Chapter 7, 13 and 11 filings as well as experience litigating adversary proceedings
- Proficiency in bankruptcy law and handling legal issues
- Experience with legal document preparation and related processes
- Strong analytical skills to research and interpret complex information effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Licensed to practice law in the State of New York and Federal Courts
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
