Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Manager, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Audit Manager will oversee and manage the execution of financial audits, prepare and review financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide guidance to junior staff. Responsibilities also include conducting risk assessments, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated with industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience with Financial Audits and compliance
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• CPA certification is required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with cloud-based accounting tools is a plus
