Whether you are drafting discovery, taking depositions, or preparing for trial, you will be working on cases that make a tangible difference in people's lives.

Whether you are drafting discovery, taking depositions, or preparing for trial, you will be working on cases that make a tangible difference in people's lives.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support cases involving wage and hour, PAGA, retaliation, and discrimination.
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
- Provide strategic support during mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Directly communicate with clients to provide empathetic and effective representation.
- Education: JD from an accredited law school and active member of the California State Bar.
- Experience: Previous experience in employment law or litigation is a plus, but we prioritize intelligence, motivation, and a "growth mindset."
- Skills: Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills are non-negotiable.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to advocating for workers' rights and holding employers accountable.
- Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience).
