Key Responsibilities
- Handle civil defense cases from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and case strategy development
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective case management
- Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards
- Active membership in the State Bar of Texas (required)
- Experience in civil defense law (required)
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseload independently

Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
