Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide essential legal support across a diverse range of practice areas, including real estate law and general civil litigation. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis, drafting legal documents with precision, and appearing in court for hearings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research
• Draft clear, accurate legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence.

• Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents with clarity and precision.
• Solid understanding of various practice areas particularly real estate law
• Effective negotiation skills to support settlement discussions and client advocacy.
• Legal administrative experience to manage case files and maintain organized records.
• Ability to interpret complex laws and regulations accurately.
