We've partnered with a well-regarded boutique litigation firm in Round Rock, TX that is actively looking to add a driven Associate Attorney to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, direct mentorship, and meaningful responsibility early in their career particularly in business and construction disputes, as well as appellate work.

- Drafting and arguing motions and briefs with a focus on clear, persuasive legal writing.
- Supporting case strategy from early stages through trial and appeal.
- Conducting legal research and applying it in a practical, results-driven manner.
- Managing discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and document review.
- Participating in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Assisting with appellate matters, including issue spotting and brief drafting.
- Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- Taking ownership of assignments while working closely with experienced attorneys.
- 1-5 years of litigation experience
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas (required)
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with solid organisational skills
- Prior clerkship or journal experience is a plus
- Real courtroom and litigation exposure, not just back-end support.
- Mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.

- Reasonable billable target: 1500 hours annually.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
