- Insurance defense for large carrier clients
- Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
- Plaintiff-side attorneys are welcome to apply
- 2-5 years of litigation experience.
- Background in insurance defense or personal injury preferred (plaintiff-side considered).
- Demonstrated stability (no frequent job changes).
- Strong communication and responsiveness.
- Willingness to try cases and manage matters independently.
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- Fully manage a docket of approximately 30 cases.
- Handle matters from inception through resolution/trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Communicate professionally and timely with clients and team members.
Work Structure -
- Hybrid schedule: Attorneys typically in-office Tuesday-Thursday.
- Staff is in-office full-time.
- Billable requirement: 500 hours per quarter.
- Firm pays 50% of medical insurance
- Optional dental and vision coverage (employee-paid)
- 401(k) eligibility after 1 year
- Firm matches 100% up to 3%
- 50% match for contributions at 4-5%
- 10 PTO days plus standard firm holidays
