Our Client is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support asphalt restoration and construction projects across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of field work and office coordination, working closely with a Project Manager to execute work orders from start to finish.
This position is approximately 60% field-based and 40% office/shop-based.

Responsibilities
- Review and organize incoming work orders
- Visit job sites to assess scope and prepare for crews
- Measure, locate, and mark work areas
- Set up temporary signage and traffic control devices
- Distribute notifications to residents and businesses
- Take photo and video documentation of job sites
- Update project tracking systems (Podio or similar)
- Coordinate with customers and attend on-site meetings
- Assist with pre-construction planning and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with local municipality requirements
- Experience in asphalt paving, concrete, or construction preferred
- Familiarity with utility locating (PA-1 or similar) is a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
