aircraft. This role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented mechanic capable of operating independently while supporting a fast-paced FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment.

Primary Responsibilities
The A&P Technician will be responsible for the following core duties:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and return-to service activities on turboprop and jet aircraft, including Learjet, Citation, Gulfstream, and Hawker platforms.
- Troubleshoot airframe, engine, electrical, and system discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions using approved data.
- Research and interpret all applicable technical publications including Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Structural Repair Manuals, Service Bulletins, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
- Apply proper repair methods, tooling, and materials in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer requirements, and standard practices.
- Complete all maintenance documentation, logbook entries, and work order records accurately and in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with the Director of Maintenance, inspection personnel, parts department, and service sales to support workflow, materials planning, and airworthiness decisions. Support aircraft movement, ground handling, component staging, and proper protection of aircraft interiors and exteriors during maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and safety policies.
- Travel, as needed, for aircraft recovery, field maintenance, AOG response, or preparation of aircraft for secure transport.
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent Aviation's quality, safety, and service standards at all times.
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, or a minimum of six (6) years of verifiable aircraft maintenance experience in lieu of licensure.
- Minimum six (6) years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience in general aviation or corporate aircraft required.
- Experience on Learjet, Citation, Gulfstream, and Hawker aircraft strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, maintenance data, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using computers for technical research, documentation, and timekeeping.
- Must provide and maintain a professional-grade personal toolset appropriate for assigned tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship.
- Full-time; Monday through Friday, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required to support AOG or customer needs.
